Incredible Mexico Quail Hunting Lodge

Quail Hunting in Mexico is absolutely off the charts! The abundance of habitat that Tamaulipas, Mexico has, makes it one of if not THE best quail hunting destinations in the world! The landscape is covered in the perfect proportions of food, water, and cover.

The vast landscapes of the area create a variety of different hunting types. Some examples of what we will hunt would be: tree rows with grain fields on either side of them, large ranches with vast grassy areas, rugged brushy ground surrounded by ag fields, etc. We will do a variety of this on each hunt. We do use dogs where they are beneficial. The dogs are mostly used on the larger ranches with open grass lands. The dogs will work while the hunter walk or ride on our custom quail trucks! For those that love to quail hunt but can’t walk all day….that isn’t a problem at all. Once the dog goes on point simply get off the truck and begin to hunt!



A typical all day quail hunt you can expect to flush on the low end 25 coveys and I would say 35-40 would be a good average day! It is a target rich environment and with endless areas to hunt the opportunities never run out!
